We're pleased to share that Ruth Rondon will speak at the 2023 Michigan Nursing Summit, which will be held in Grand Rapids on October 12-13, 2023. Her session will be titled "From Trafficking and Addiction to Passion and Life Lessons".
Rondon was a member of the Michigan Human Trafficking Health Advisory Board appointed by Governor Rick Snyder in 2016. She wrote her autobiography, The Realities of Human Trafficking: From the Inside Out to Freedom, and is a human trafficking subject matter expert and professional speaker. Rondon has co-authored two cutting-edge Human Trafficking eLearning programs, which are trauma-informed and victim-centered, based in part on Ruth’s personal experience.
