We're pleased to announce that Linda DiClemente, DNP, BA, RN, will be speaking on Friday of the 2018 Michigan Nursing Summit, October 18-19. DiClemente will be speaking about Mentoring Nurses: The Future of Nursing.
Dr. Linda DiClemente has been a nurse for over 22 years specializing in maternity, pediatrics, and women’s health. Nursing is her second degree after receiving a B.A. in Communications and working in advertising for over 10 years. DiClemente’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with an emphasis in Leadership. The DNP Scholarly Project of The Impact of Nurse to Nurse Mentoring in Leadership Skills Development with Co-Lead Connie Smith, DNP, RN, has provided her a passion for mentoring and leadership. DiClemente has been teaching in undergraduate nursing education since 2011. Her journey into nursing as a second degree has been the love of lifelong learning. She enjoys bringing new ideas to the classroom and encourages her students to become life-long learners too.
