We're pleased to share that Kalei Glozier, MA, will speak at the 2023 Michigan Nursing Summit, which will be held in Grand Rapids on October 12-13, 2023. His session will be titled "Transgender Health and Resilience: Supporting Patient Belonging".
Glozier is a graduate student in Clinical Science at Michigan State University. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Women's Studies and earned his Master's degree in Clinical Science in 2022 from MSU. His research interests include sexual behavior, drug and alcohol use, and protective/resilience factors in the trans and gender diverse community. Glozier identifies as a queer person of color, specifically a gay, native Hawaiian man. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, drinking an excess of cold brew, and exploring new cities.
