We're pleased to share that Diane Salter, MSN, BA, RN, CPAN, NE-BC will be a Keynote speaker at the 2019 Michigan Nursing Summit on Friday, October 18, 2019 (Day 2) of the Michigan Nursing Summit. During her Keynote, Salter will discuss how to work with staff to create healthy and caring work environments.
Salter has been a nurse for 20 years. She has a BA degree in biology from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, a BS in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in Nursing Administration and Leadership from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She holds professional certifications in perianesthesia nursing and as a nurse executive.
Salter is currently serving on the American Nurses Association #EndNurseAbuse Professional Issues Panel Advisory Committee. In her own healthcare system, Salter has conducted workshops on bullying and incivility for over 2,000 staff members and continues to be the subject expert for her organization.
