We're pleased to share that Barb Petee and Alexandra Lewin-Zwerdling will speak at our upcoming conference, Achieving Health Equity Through Growth, Innovation, and Reflection. This virtual nursing event will take place on October 22, 2021. Their presentation will be titled "Exploring Consumer Sentiment to Advance Health Equity".
Barb Petee is the Chief Advocacy and Government Relations Officer for ProMedica, a non-profit health system based in Toledo, Ohio serving Northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, and also serves as Executive Director of The Root Cause Coalition. Ms. Petee is assembling a panel of speakers from The Root Cause Coalition who will speak on their work on health equity.
Alexandra Lewin-Zwerdling, PhD, MPA, is the Senior Advisor, Research and Communications for The Root Cause Coalition. She also is the owner of Fruitful LLC, a food and nutrition consulting business in Washington, DC. With nearly 15 years of experience working at nonprofits, member associations, and the United States Department of Agriculture, Alexandra specializes in the intersection of consumer insights, communications, and public affairs.
