Institute of Nursing Excellence

The Michigan Center for Nursing and the Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives (MONE) have created an opportunity to honor exemplary clinical nurses in Michigan, The Institute of Nursing Excellence (INE). At the INE, nurses are recognized for their outstanding clinical practice and given the opportunity to learn new and enhance existing leadership talents as well as an opportunity for self-renewal and professional growth. These outstanding nurses are recognized, challenged, informed and pampered during the Institute. The outcome is that the nurses feel rewarded and re-energized and return to work with new ideas and competencies. This is an excellent opportunity to assist those nurses who might be your aspiring leaders to make the leap to be a leader.
