Affordable Care Act of 2010 Brochure and Information Sheets

“The materials, plus the presentations and resource documents were used initially at the August 27, 2010 conference – What Public Health Nursing Needs to Know about Healthcare Reform, attended by over 100 Michigan public health and community health nurses. Conference participants received copies of the Brochure The Affordable Care Act of 2010 – What Nurses Need to Know to Help Their Patients: A Guide, accompanied by three information sheets showing features of the ACA related to Seniors, Adults, and Children.
“The Brochure and InfoSheets 1-3 are linked together; if you use the Brochure, please use the InfoSheets also. Please read all of them, since the InfoSheets contain additional details not found in the Brochure. The conference presentations also contain additional information, as do the Resource Documents. The brochures are available in bulk at no cost (contact E. Beane at ebeane@mphi.org). You also may make copies of the Brochure and InfoSheets to distribute at your workplace or in your community. If you modify the documents for printing by your organization, you must maintain unchanged the attribution paragraph at the end of the Brochure.
