2005 Nursing Licensure Data

The 2005 Nursing Licensure Data was released at the Michigan Nursing Summit. In 2005, the Michigan Center for Nursing conducted the second annual survey of nurses licensed in Michigan to collect data on their employment status, geographic distribution, age, plans to continue practicing, work setting, practice area, education, gender, and racial/ethnic background. Combined responses from a mailed survey and Web-based survey resulted in a total of 43,363 registered nurse (RN) responded and returned this survey and 8,897 licensed practical nurse (LPN) returned surveys.
